Open enrollment is over and we had great success helping those in need of Senior Care in Denver. The success was not only in helping people enrol in a Medicare policy, it was the experience of helping by knowing more and sharing with those in need of information.

There is nothing quite like the feeling of helping other. I am an insurance expert and the thing is, insurance people are there for a few reasons, helping, securing their own future, and helping the next generation by making good decisions.

This week I learned even more as Mile High Insurance wound down the Medicare Enrolment Help Center, as December 7 was the last day of open enrollment. We had a nice turn out and the biggest benefit was obviously to the consumer. I encountered a few people that did not even turn into client and they definitely will remember Mile High Insurance. Here are some of the things that I heard this week at the Insurance Help Center.

• God Bless people like you. Having someone to talk to that can answer complicated insurance issues is a wonderful service. Thank you! • (Today, in office) Thank you for not selling me a policy that I don't need. I appreciate your honesty.

• I look forward to you coming to my house next week to enhance my Medicare for no additional premium. Thank you!

• I'm so happy that I heard the radio show and was able to call a competent insurance professional that put my best interests first. I have been wondering who I can talk to for weeks. You guys provide a much needed service.

• It's nice to know where my agent is located (Chase Building, 9th floor, 333 W Hampden). I like knowing that I have a real local person that I can talk to or come see in person to handle any insurance issues.
